Aaron Espinoza, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, was shot to death on September 8, 1995, in Denver, Colorado. That evening, Denver police were called to the 4600 block of Elm Court for a reported shooting and found a car that had crashed into a tree. Inside were two men—Espinoza and 19-year-old Charlie Garcia—both mortally wounded by gunfire.
