In the spring of 2003, a young man's life was cut tragically short in Denver, Colorado. Pete Carabajal, a 22-year-old male, was killed on April 19, 2003. Amid their investigation, they received a report of a gunshot victim inside a nearby residence.
Upon entering the home, officers discovered Pete Carabajal suffering from a gunshot
wound. Despite any efforts to help him, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. The case was classified as a homicide, launching an investigation into who was responsible for the fatal shooting.
More than two decades have passed since Carabajal's death, and the case remains unsolved. To this day, the suspect or suspects responsible for his murder have not been identified, and no arrests have been made in connection with the homicide.
