In the spring of 2003, a young man's life was cut tragically short in Denver, Colorado. Pete Carabajal, a 22-year-old male, was killed on April 19, 2003. The events of that day unfolded as Denver Police officers were investigating reports of shots fired in the vicinity of West 35th Avenue and Bryant Street.
