In the early hours of a spring day in Colorado Springs, the life of 26-year-old Christopher R. Jackson was tragically cut short. On March 8, 2014, Jackson, a student at Pikes Peak Community College, was fatally shot in an incident that also claimed the life of another man, 28-year-old Demetrius V. Edwards. The shooting unfolded in a vehicle, leaving a scene that would soon draw the attention of law enforcement.
