In the late summer of 2017, the life of 41-year-old Jack Andrew Cole, a Korean man, was tragically cut short in Colorado Springs, Colorado. On September 5th, Cole became a victim of gun violence, a stark event that would be noted by local news outlets but seemingly fade from the public eye with few answers. In the immediate aftermath, the El Paso County authorities identified Cole as the man who was slain in a shooting that occurred near the Colorado Springs airport.
