In the summer of 2016, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Greeley, Colorado. Jose Jaquez, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, was a resident of the city where he was born and raised. He was a family man, married with two daughters, and was known for his love of the outdoors, often enjoying barbecues, fishing, and camping with his loved ones.
