In the midst of a chaotic scene on June 19, 2023, in Greeley, Colorado, 23-year-old Tise Tufa Koji was fatally shot. Officers from the Greeley Police Department were dispatched to the 800 block of 28th Avenue following reports of a large disturbance involving at least ten gunshots. Upon arrival, they discovered a frantic environment with two adult men suffering from gunshot wounds.
