In the quiet community of Greeley, Colorado, the life of a vibrant 19-year-old Hispanic male, Jesus Manuel Solis Ortiz, was tragically cut short on the evening of Saturday, November 2, 2024. Just after 7:00 PM, in the 2000 block of Ninth Avenue, near the University of Northern Colorado campus, a shooting occurred, leaving Solis Ortiz lying in the roadway.
