In the spring of 2014, the life of 31-year-old Raymond Eugene Garcia came to a tragic end in Greeley, Colorado. On the evening of May 21st, Garcia was involved in an incident with the Greeley Police Department that resulted in his death. The male, identified as Raymond Eugene Garcia, was shot by police officers during what was described as a prostitution sting that took place inside a local hotel.
