Colorado man found shot to death in an irrigation ditch
On May 16, 2012, Joseph Greeley, a 41-year-old man, was found murdered in Greeley, Colorado. His body was discovered in an irrigation ditch in Weld County near Interstate 76. Greeley had been shot and wrapped in a tarp before being left in the ditch. Investigators believe he had ties to the Denver and Brighton areas and had been attempting to start a medicinal marijuana business around the time of his death.
