On August 9, 2018, a tragic incident occurred near a RTD station at the 700 block of South Broadway in Denver, Colorado, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including 45-year-old Christopher Zamudio. Zamudio, along with 28-year-old Nicole Boston and 39-year-old Jerome Coronado, was fatally shot in this violent incident.
