On Halloween morning, October 31, 2018, Jacob Michael Clymer, a 32-year-old male from Evergreen, Colorado, was fatally shot in Aurora. The incident occurred around 11:15 a.m. outside the Fitzsimmon Junction Apartments near East Montview Boulevard and Billings Street. Clymer was there with his wife, Miranda, to sell an Xbox video game system for $250, an arrangement made online.
