In the winter of 2017, the life of 36-year-old Terry Dwayne Capler was tragically cut short in his Aurora, Colorado home. On the morning of December 16th, police responded to a report of a shooting at a residence on Clinton Street. Inside, they discovered Capler's body in the living room; he had been shot in the head and torso. The Arapahoe County coroner would later rule his death a homicide.
