In the early morning hours of April 25, 2021, the life of 34-year-old Quatrel Weeden, a Black male from Colorado Springs, was tragically cut short. At approximately 3:16 A.M., officers from the Colorado Springs Police Department were dispatched to the 2100 block of Delta Drive following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Weeden deceased at the scene, having sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
