In the early morning hours of August 19, 2022, a tragic event unfolded in the parking lot of the New Havana Grill in Colorado Springs, Colorado, culminating in the death of 37-year-old Glenn Fruster. At approximately 2:04 a.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department received a call reporting a shooting in the 2100 block of Academy Place.
