In the predawn hours of June 15, 2005, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Colorado Springs neighborhood, leaving a young man dead and a family irrevocably broken. Joshua 'Josh' Jerome Delaney, a 22-year-old Black male, was discovered in his white Jeep Cherokee, which had crashed into a wooden fence in the 4500 block of London Lane.
