On a summer night by the shores of Lake Pueblo, a life full of adventure and culinary passion was tragically cut short. Dustyn Courtney, a 29-year-old male, was killed on June 21, 2024, in a violent encounter at Lake Pueblo State Park. His death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of 20-year-old Trevion Lucas, both residents of Pueblo.
