On February 6, 2020, 75-year-old Jimmy J. Griego was fatally shot at his mother's residence in Tesuque, New Mexico. The tragic incident stemmed from a dispute between Jimmy and his younger brother, 68-year-old Patricio Griego, over the inheritance of their mother's property.
