On November 10, 1999, a tragic incident occurred in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which resulted in the death of Servando Bustillos. At approximately 10:05 p.m., deputies from the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to 1131 Nutrias Rd. SW in response to a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they found the victim, Servando Bustillos, lying behind a parked Ford truck in the driveway of the residence.
