On a winter afternoon in Boston on January 11, 2018, 21-year-old Shaquille Browder, a Black/African American male, drove his Toyota Camry into the parking lot of a Burger King at the intersection of Columbia Road and Washington Street. He was accompanied by two passengers and was unaware that he was being followed by individuals in two separate vehicles. As Browder backed his car into a parking space, the calculated and violent ambush that would end his life began to unfold.
