In the early morning hours of Saturday, August 25, 2018, the life of a 46-year-old Black man, Larry Lewis, was tragically cut short in Springfield, Massachusetts. Lewis was the victim of a shooting that occurred on Waldorf Street. He was quickly transported to Baystate Medical Center for treatment, but succumbed to his injuries and passed away several hours later that same morning.
