In the early hours of April 25, 2022, the life of 38-year-old Hispanic male Luis Mendez of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was tragically cut short. Just before 2:00 a.m., police responded to the Market Street area following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mendez suffering from gunshot wounds.
