On April 15, 2017, a tragic incident occurred in Portland, Oregon, resulting in the death of 38-year-old Larry Edwin Van Dolah Jr. The event unfolded in the afternoon when police officers responded to reports of gunfire near Menlo Park Elementary School. Upon arrival, they found Larry Van Dolah Jr., a resident of St. Helens, Oregon, suffering from gunshot wounds.
