On March 14, 2018, in Tenmile, Oregon, 36-year-old Jonathan James Ackerman was fatally shot. The Douglas County Sheriff's Office received a report of a probable homicide just before noon and responded to the 100 block of Hidden Hill Lane, where they confirmed the report.
