In the pre-dawn hours of September 1, 2024, the life of Ryan Stone Zinkand, a 37-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Portland, Oregon. North Precinct officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 3:31 a.m. in the Sumner Neighborhood, at the intersection of Northeast 92nd Avenue and Northeast Webster Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Zinkand injured in the street.
