Who killed Kenneth Ivey Davis in 2004?
Kenneth Ivey Davis, a 31-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on September 9, 2004, in Portland, Oregon. The incident took place around 9:30 p.m. outside The Backswing Tavern located on NE Going Street. Witnesses reported seeing Davis in the parking lot shortly before the shooting occurred. When police arrived, they found him lying on his back with a fatal gunshot wound.
