On November 15, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred in the Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood of Southeast Portland, Oregon. The victim, identified as 25-year-old Justin D. Sartin, also known as Justin Sartin-Scott, was found with a gunshot wound. He was immediately taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and died.
