Who murdered 61 year old Bing Woon Joe in 1995?
On September 15, 1995, Bing Woon Joe, a 61-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed during a robbery at the Bing Kung Tong building in Portland, Oregon. Four Vietnamese men, described as being between 20 and 28 years old, entered the building late at night and announced the robbery, demanding money and valuables from the patrons.
