In the early hours of Sunday, May 5, 2024, the life of Bruce Ozelle Glass, a 45-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Portland, Oregon. At approximately 4:10 a.m., officers from the North Precinct were dispatched to the 300 block of Northeast Weidler Street in the Lloyd Neighborhood following reports of a shooting.
