In what was just his fourth day of college, Quinn Glen Cooper, an 18-year-old White male, was killed on October 1, 2015, during a mass shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon. A recent graduate of Roseburg High School, he was described by his family as a funny, sweet, and compassionate young man who loved to dance and engage in voice acting.
