On the night of October 16, 2023, the life of 24-year-old Ronnie Keith James Crabtree, a White male from Roseburg, Oregon, was tragically cut short. Just after 11:00 p.m., dispatchers received a distressing 911 call about a man lying motionless in a driveway in the 100 block of Speedway Road. When deputies arrived, they found Crabtree deceased from a gunshot wound.
