The incident was reported shortly after 11:00 p.m. when 911 dispatchers received a call, leading authorities to the 100-block of Speedway Road. There, they found a male victim in a driveway, identified as 24-year-old Ronnie Keith James Crabtree, a resident of Roseburg.
