White/Caucasian male Ryan Dale Burchell, age 50, died on November 9, 2024, after a pre-dawn shooting on the 1200 block of Southeast Hamilton Street in Roseburg, Oregon. Police were dispatched at approximately 3:15 a.m. to multiple reports of gunfire.
