On February 7, 2019, a tragic incident occurred in Lebanon, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of two individuals, including Erik Cody Jacobs, who was 48 years old at the time of his death. Jacobs, along with 42-year-old Tammy Lee Hopper, was found dead at Hopper's residence.
