In the early hours of July 5, 2023, the life of 28-year-old Ace Lamar Lewis, a Black / African American male, was cut short by gunfire in Portland, Oregon. The fatal encounter took place at approximately 12:48 a.m. in the Argay Terrace neighborhood, near Northeast 131st Place and Northeast Prescott Drive.
