On June 27, 2017, Robdreckious Jamal Quainton, a 23-year-old African American male from Warner Robins, GA, was found dead alongside Kelvin Jurand Thompson, a 22-year-old African American male from Forsyth, GA, at the intersection of Woods Road and Sandridge Church Road in Hawkinsville, GA. Both men had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation into the double homicide.
