On a summer afternoon in Portland, Oregon, the life of 33-year-old Brandon Lee Allen, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On Sunday, July 9, 2023, at approximately 4:25 p.m., a shooting erupted in the Centennial neighborhood, near Southeast 174th Avenue and Mill Street. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered Allen had been fatally shot. The medical examiner would later rule his death a homicide. Another individual was also critically injured in the incident.
