On July 9, 2023, at approximately 4:25 p.m., a shooting occurred at 1530 SE 174th Avenue in the Centennial neighborhood of Southeast Portland, Oregon. Brandon Lee Allen, a 33-year-old man, was fatally shot at this location. Another individual was also critically wounded in the incident.

The Portland Police Bureau responded to the reported shooting and found Brandon Lee Allen dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner's Office determined that he died from a gunshot wound and ruled his death ...Read More
