In the early morning hours of November 12, 2015, a grim discovery was made at the intersection of North Bruce Avenue and Hudson Street in Portland, Oregon. A 19-year-old male from Vancouver, Washington, Dalton Marshall, was found unconscious and bleeding in the street. North Precinct officers and medical personnel responded to the call, which came in at approximately 2:04 a.m., but it was too late.
