Granberg, an 18-year-old man from Portland, Oregon, was killed in the early morning hours of August 2, 2026, when gunfire erupted during a large house party in the Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland. Police were dispatched at approximately 3:33 a.m. to the 5800 block of Northeast Alberta Street after multiple reports of a shooting.
