In the early hours of a Saturday morning, the tranquility of Rocky Butte Park in Portland, Oregon, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On June 13, 2026, at approximately 3:29 a.m., police responded to reports of a shooting at the popular scenic viewpoint.
