In the late evening hours of Thursday, October 20, 2022, the life of 26-year-old Marquise T. Moore, a Black male from Portland, Oregon, was tragically cut short. The circumstances of his death unfolded in the Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood, where a report of a shooting prompted a response from the Portland Police Bureau's East Precinct officers.
