J'Shaad KeVon Lylerice Jones, known in news reports as "Double O," was an 18-year-old Black/African American male from Charleston, West Virginia, whose life ended during the early morning hours of December 31, 2015. Shortly before 2:00 a.m., Jones was outside Artie's Kickback Lounge at 935 Central Avenue on Charleston's West Side when he was shot in the torso.
