On September 30, 2018, a tragic incident occurred in Kanawha City, Charleston, West Virginia, resulting in the death of 29-year-old Timothy Dewayne Rush. The incident took place at the Gold Dome, a bar located at 311 57th Street, early Sunday morning around 6 a.m..
