On a Friday night in Charleston, West Virginia, the life of Lee Patrick Davis, a 38-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On February 26, 2021, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire in the 900 block of Woodward Drive.
