Death by Force

On November 22, 2017, at 7:24 a.m., police officers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, were dispatched to an alley in the 500 block of 10th Street SW, where they found the body of Leland Joseph Harris, a 34-year-old resident of the area. Harris had sustained fatal traumatic injuries, and the Medical Examiner's Office later determined that the cause of death was gunshot wounds.
