In the winter of 2018, the life of 26-year-old Javier Cheron was cut short in Sioux City, Iowa. On the evening of January 10th, police were called to a local hospital where Cheron had been brought with a gunshot wound. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injury and was pronounced dead.
