Chad A. Thomas, a 42-year-old resident of Sioux City, Iowa, met a tragic end on December 14, 2019. The incident occurred in the evening when Thomas was walking near the intersection of 17th and Ingleside Avenue.

According to the reports, a black SUV pulled up beside Thomas, and he was shot. He was found shortly after the incident, suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency services were promptly called, and Thomas was transported to a medical facility for treatment.
