On a tragic evening in Sioux City, Iowa, the life of 32-year-old Dolorean Wade, a Black / African American male, was cut short. The events of June 9, 2022, unfolded at his residence at 516 9th Street, a place that should have been a sanctuary. That night, a report of a shooting sent Sioux City Police officers to the address, where they found Wade suffering from a gunshot wound.
