Janet Colleen Goode, a 57-year-old White female, was fatally shot on July 10, 2014, in the small town of Parowan, Utah. On that day, police responded to a report of shots fired at approximately 12:30 p.m. and discovered her body lying in the driveway of a residence at 272 S. 800 West. She had sustained a single gunshot wound to the chest.
