On the evening of September 5, 2015, the life of 38-year-old Fred Mustain, a Caucasian male, came to a tragic end in Murray, Utah. Mustain was discovered at a construction site located at 527 E. Vine Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. A passerby on a bicycle heard his cries for help around 9:20 p.m. and quickly alerted the authorities.
