On the evening of February 18, 2016, in South Salt Lake, Utah, a violent encounter inside a Ford Explorer tragically cut short the life of 19-year-old Raul Lopez. The vehicle, which had come to a stop in the middle of the road at 325 E. Park Creek Lane, became a crime scene where Lopez, his 20-year-old brother Angel Lopez-Salinas, and their 17-year-old friend Armando Cuenca-Curiel were all shot.
