On March 3, 2024, a workplace shooting occurred at Varex Imaging, an X-ray component manufacturing facility located near 1700 South and 2700 West in Salt Lake City, Utah. Hay Ly, a 61-year-old man, was one of the two victims identified in the incident.

Hay Ly was found dead inside the facility, having suffered apparent gunshot wounds. The shooter was identified as Miller Bin, a 56-year-old employee of Varex Imaging. According to the police, detectives believe that Bin shot Ly inside the ...Read More
